Dear EEF Friends,

For more than 40 years, EEF has worked with our generous supporters to provide resources to expand and enrich student learning in the Tucson Unified School District (TUSD). A yes vote on Prop 496 will repair and renovate TUSD school buildings, upgrade learning spaces, update classroom technology and improve safety.

We urge you to learn more about Prop 496 and vote this fall. The mail-only ballots must be returned by Tuesday, Oct. 31!

A message from the EEF Board:

As Board Members of the Educational Enrichment Foundation (EEF), helping provide TUSD students and educators with the resources they need to learn and teach is our greatest priority. We know firsthand how much Tucson’s schools are lacking in resources right now. That’s why we voted to support the YES on Prop 496 campaign and why we will each vote yes on our mail-in ballots this October.

The 88 schools of TUSD set the foundation for over 40,000 students to learn invaluable knowledge and skills that will help them succeed in life. Without having passed a bond measure in over 20 years, these schools are struggling to provide the best possible foundation for Tucson students’ futures. Prop 496 will allow Tucson schools to upgrade their classroom technology and aging building infrastructure, as well as improve school safety and security.

We support Prop 496 and better, safer schools for Tucson students and educators.
