Meet Our Team

Dawn Bell

Executive Director

Dawn is a visionary focused on strategic development of the organization in an effort to attain her dream of equitable access to quality education for all children. She greets each new day as an opportunity to make a positive impact in TUSD.

David Lugo

Office Manager

David is a dedicated intrapreneur. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, he moved to Tucson in 2018 and has been working at EEF ever since. Creative by heart, he balances strategic thinking and a can-do attitude to support the TUSD community.

Drisana Martinez

Program Manager

Drisana is a team player whose kind heart overflows with empathy for others. She is overjoyed to be able to help uplift the kiddos within TUSD. As a TUSD graduate, she is passionate about giving back to the community that educated her.

Carrie brings positivity and an up-beat attitude to everything she does. She is goal-orientated over-achiever who lives for checking off boxes on her never-ending
