Who We Are

The Educational Enrichment Foundation (EEF) is an independent non-profit 501c3 organization founded in 1983 by Tucson community and business leaders in order to support the students and educators in the Tucson Unified School District (TUSD). EEF is one of the oldest foundations of its kind in Arizona and serves the 89 schools and 40,000 students of TUSD through our programs and access to resources.

Drisana Ross

Executive Director

Drisana is a team player whose strengths are empathy, strategy and collaboration. She is overjoyed to be able to help uplift the kiddos within TUSD. As a TUSD graduate, she is passionate about giving back to the community that educated her.

Samuel Deustua

Program Coordinator

Sam is committed to helping uplift students and educators in the TUSD community. Sam is overjoyed to be a part of the spectacular EEF team and to help in achieving EEF’s dream of equitable access to quality education for all students. Sam is a devoted father of three, who enjoys gardening, hiking, and sports with his sons.

Sallie Muse

Administrative Specialist

Sallie is a native Arizonan who brings her enthusiasm and dedication to serving the Tucson Unified students and community. Sallie's commitment to EEF & our mission to serve TUSD students is a pillar to our small but mighty team. She enjoys practicing yoga and hiking the spectacular Sonoran Desert.
